So, we've had philosophy and over-complicated nomenclature, must be time for a Green issue.
Our cellar is constantly filling up with cardboard.
Now, assuming there isn't some sort of anti-DKNZ Guy Fawkes thing going down, I think most of this is down to Sainsbury's. Why so much cardboard? Why does a small jar of pasta sauce also need a cardboard wrapper? Ditto four tins of beans. And, if for some items the cardboard really is required then why can't I recylce it back at Sainsbury's? I can take back my glass and paper but not the board. Why?
As an afterthought, if rather than take the cardboard to the tip (where they have a cardboard recycling skip), it goes into the bin it's not only un-green its also going to cost me more in tax. So the more cardboard Mr Sainsbury gives me, the more money I have to give to Tony, hmmm better to say no more I think.
Maybe C should have been for Conspiracy theories after all.
